Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Service Completion

Users (hospitals) may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled service (appointment or consultation) is delivered/completed.
Once a service has been initiated or completed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Dispute Resolution

If a hospital or doctor has concerns about a completed service, a dispute can be raised through MODO’s internal dispute resolution mechanism.
MODO will review the case and make a final decision based on available records and communication between parties.

Refund Policy

Payments are processed only after the service is successfully completed.
As a result, MODO does not offer refunds, as charges are only applied for services that have been fully rendered.

Amendments to the Policy

MODO reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notifications.
