Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MODO, an online platform that connects hospitals with qualified specialist doctors for appointments, consultations, and professional services. By using MODO, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

All users (doctors and hospitals) must provide valid registration with a recognized medical board and submit required documents during the onboarding process.

MODO reserves the right to verify and approve user accounts. Accounts can be revoked at the discretion of the platform administration without prior notice.

Hospitals can use MODO to book doctors for appointments and text consultations. Hospitals are billed monthly for services rendered. Doctors will receive monthly payments for completed appointments and consultations facilitated through the platform.

Hospitals are required to pay invoices generated at the end of each month promptly. Doctors will be paid their dues monthly, provided all required information is complete and accurate.

MODO will mediate disputes between doctors and hospitals. Both parties agree to cooperate fully during the resolution process. MODO’s decision will be final and binding.

Misrepresentation of professional qualifications or credentials is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of another user’s account or data is not permitted. Users must not engage in any activities that compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the platform.

MODO reserves the right to revoke user access for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including failure to provide accurate documentation, payment defaults, or activities deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

MODO serves as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or misconduct of doctors or hospitals using the platform.

MODO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
